$1M for business automation. Ukrainian Vchasno Group has invested in Uzbekistan’s IT platform Hippo.uz

Ukrainian IT company group Vchasno Group has invested $1 million in Hippo.uz, an Uzbek platform specializing in business process automation.

Vchasno reported this to AIN.

  • The agreement aims to exchange technological expertise and accelerate the implementation of advanced digital solutions in the Central Asian market.

  • The investment will enable Hippo.uz, which provides an ecosystem of services for small and medium-sized businesses, to scale its operations, launch new products and features, and expand its customer base.

  • The platform combines electronic document management (EDM), warehouse automation (WMS), POS systems, and data exchange between suppliers and retailers (EDI).

Thanks to Vchasno Group’s experience, Hippo.uz will be able to implement proven digital practices for automating trade and warehouse operations. This aims to optimize costs and make processes more predictable for large retail chains.

This investment is part of Vchasno Group’s strategy to seek out technological services abroad to strengthen its own expertise and support digital transformation not only in Ukraine but also globally.
