More about Ayla’s financial performance

In 2025 the company’s net revenue exceeded €500k.

The average order value over the last few years rose from €19.4 to almost €47.3. Approximately 80% of sales come from the B2B segment, including pet stores, distributors and the veterinary market. The remaining 20% is made up of direct-to-consumer sales.

Since its launch Ayla has sold more than 300,000 units. That’s roughly 9 tonnes of finished freeze-dried product and about 40 tonnes of fresh meat.

More about the company’s plans

The next stage of Ayla’s development will be international expansion.

The company already operates in the markets of Germany, Sweden, France and Ireland, and has signed partnership agreements in Greece.

In addition, Ayla has established a partnership in Dubai, which should help it enter the United Arab Emirates market.

At the same time the company is expanding its product portfolio. New directions include red-meat-based products for dogs and cats, as well as food for small mammals, including rabbits, hamsters and guinea pigs.

More about Ayla

The Ayla brand arose from the personal need of the founders — Savrina and Mirek Vos.

Their Irish setter had health problems and refused to eat. This prompted the owners to look for an easily digestible, natural product, which led them to freeze-drying technology.
