ITC.ua, MC. Today, Highload, The Page, and SPEKA are merging into a single media group. What is known about the deal?

ITC.ua, MC.today, and Highload (part of Vera Voron and Timur Vorona’s Creators Media Group), publications focused on technology and business, have announced their merger with business media outlet The Page and the SPEKA platform.

AIN was informed of this by the newly formed media group.

Deal details

As a result of the deal, a single media group will be created, headed by Sergii Okhrimenko, the current CEO of The Page and SPEKA, according to the release.

Creators Media Group co-founders Vira Voron and Timur Vorona are stepping down from ownership and operational management to focus on their own projects, including the development of the Creators PR agency.

After the merger, the publications will function as a single ecosystem for entrepreneurs and IT professionals. ITC.ua, Highload, MC.today, and The Page will continue to operate as usual with their teams remaining intact. A Supervisory Board will be created to oversee journalistic standards.

SPEKA will take a separate path of development, transforming into a UGC platform where content will be created primarily by industry experts with the support of a new expert council.

According to SimilarWeb data for December 2025, itc.ua became the leader in terms of the number of users among the media group’s assets, with 2.941 million visitors. Thepage.ua attracted 1.2 million visitors during this period. The speka.ua platform recorded 296,653 visits, mc.today — 134,552, and highload.tech closed the list with 58,636 users.
