Headway Inc has attracted investment from Endeavor Catalyst. It is the first company with Ukrainian roots in the fund’s portfolio

EdTech company Headway Inc has secured funding from international co-investment fund Endeavor Catalyst. The deal is part of the second closing of the Series A round, which the company announced in January 2026.

The company reported the round to AIN.

Bullhound Capital, which led the first stage of fundraising in July 2025, remained the lead investor in the round. Headway became the first business with founders from Ukraine to receive direct investment from Endeavor Catalyst.

  • As a reminder, the first part of Series A was announced in the summer of 2025 and became the largest investment deal for Ukrainian early-stage companies since the start of the full-scale invasion.

  • The current expansion of the round is part of the company’s phased financial strategy, although the specific terms of the deal and Headway’s overall valuation following the second closing remain private.

  • The company’s products, ranging from samurai books to cognitive training, are used by over 160 million users. In addition to its main office in Kyiv, the company is developing R&D centers and representative offices in Madrid, Warsaw, and Nicosia.

For the Ukrainian venture market, raising capital from Endeavor Catalyst is an important indicator of integration into the global ecosystem. The fund is known for its strategy of co-investing exclusively in companies founded by entrepreneurs from the Endeavor community.

With a portfolio of over 60 unicorn companies (including Spotify, Revolut, and Slack), the fund focuses on emerging markets outside the US, China, and India.
