
Defense Tech startup Alta Ares raised €50M in funding. Round led by Air Street Capital
Defense Tech company Alta Ares has raised €50 million in funding. The financing round was led by venture fund Air Street Capital with participation from Cherry Ventures, OTB Ventures and Harpoon Ventures.
The company announced this.
The funds will be used to scale production, develop products, expand engineering and operations teams, and for international expansion.
What are Alta Ares’ plans
To sustain its growth pace, the company plans to open new offices in the Middle East and Asia, and to expand its engineering and operations teams through new hires by the end of the year.
Simultaneously, it plans to strengthen manufacturing capacity at industrial facilities in Toulouse (France) and in Ukraine.
