More about the launch in Poland

The app operates on a paid subscription model to view property owners’ contacts. At the same time, the team opened free access for Ukrainians for three months.

According to bird founder Arseniy Feshchenko, while preparing the Warsaw launch the team studied the Polish rental market and collected user feedback.

Features of the service include a 3D map showing the exact location of properties, search filters, aggregation of listings from various sources, and notifications about new apartments appearing on the market.

According to bird founder Arseniy Feshchenko, the Polish version includes new features that are not yet available in the Ukrainian app, in particular a more detailed display of monumental buildings on the map, the ability to search for housing by commute time to work, and more detailed listing characteristics.

Currently only the iOS version of the app is available to users. Later the team plans to refine the product and release an Android version.

More about bird

bird — is an internal startup of LUN, launched in 2018.

This app was one of the first in Ukraine to allow property seekers to choose housing options on a 3D map. In addition, the app uses artificial intelligence to recommend apartments, has video room tours, and the ability to filter out apartments with “grandma-style” renovations.

The app is used by residents of five Ukrainian cities (Kharkiv, Odesa, Dnipro, Lviv and Kyiv) and the capital of the United Kingdom.
