Finnish company Agileday raises €6.4M Series A to scale AI-powered platform and expand globally

Agileday, a Finnish technology company building a people-centric operating platform for professional services, announced a €6.4 million Series A funding. The round was led by Newion, with participation from Specialist VC, Vendep Capital and Business Finland. The funding will support Agileday’s global expansion and product development.

About Agileday 

• Agileday is a Finnish technology company founded in 2022 by Jaakko Hartikainen, Mikko Virtanen, Jaakko Hallavo, and Hannu Kärkkäinen. It provides an AI-powered professional services automation (PSA) platform for consulting, IT, and digital services firms. 

• The platform connects talent, projects, and financials into a unified system that synchronizes data between CRM and financial tools, improving visibility and operational efficiency.

• Agileday was created to address the common challenges professional services organizations face as they scale. The company serves over 70 clients globally, including Apply Digital, Propeller, Knowit, and Eficode, and continues to expand across Europe and North America.

Investment details 

• The round was led by Newion, an Amsterdam-based venture capital firm investing in early-stage B2B SaaS, cloud, and software companies across Benelux, DACH, and the Nordics.

• The round also was backed by Specialist VC, Vendep Capital and Business Finland. 

Agileday will use the funding to scale its technology, accelerate international growth across Europe and North America, and further develop its AI-powered platform for professional services firms.
