Teletactica changes CEO — company to be headed by its co-founder Anton Hetman
Yevhen Zhebko is leaving the position of CEO of Teletactica. He will be replaced by the company’s co-founder and CTO Anton Hetman.
Zhebko announced this on LinkedIn.
According to him, under Hetman’s leadership Teletactica will pay more attention to research and development and will ramp up production.
The former CEO explained that Hetman’s technical experience and understanding of the company’s technologies will help him steer its further growth.
As CEO, Zhebko focused on developing partnerships and attracting investments. In the post he mentioned that in 2023 he and Hetman went abroad to establish Teletactica in the EU, and thanked the company’s investors, including MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures.
Zhebko promised to share his further plans later.
Teletactica develops communications systems for drones that are resistant to electronic warfare. In March 2026 the company received a grant from the Estonian Ministry of Defense. Within this project Teletactica, together with its subsidiary Halion Systems, is developing a research multirotor platform with an operating range of 35–40 km, Zhebko said in a comment to AIN.
In July 2025 Teletactica raised $1.5M from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures. Then Zhebko told AIN that the company planned to reach production of 1,000 onboard communication kits per month by the start of the fourth quarter of 2025.
