Ukrainian startup StackBob.ai appoints American CEO for global scaling

Ukrainian startup StackBob.ai has announced a change in its management team: Nick Hunt has become the company’s new CEO. Co-founder Ole Shved is moving to the position of Chief Product Officer (CPO).

StackBob.ai works in the field of cybersecurity and develops solutions for centralized management of employee access to corporate applications and cloud services — from email and CRM to servers and AI tools. 

The new CEO of StackBob.ai, Nick Hunt, previously held management positions at international technology companies, including Oracle, where he was involved in the implementation and scaling of cybersecurity systems for large corporations and government agencies.

After his appointment, Hunt also became a co-owner of the company and joined its co-founders (late co-founder).

He noted that the key advantage of StackBob.ai is the ability to quickly connect any applications without complex integrations and manual work, which usually accompanies access control systems.

“What excites me most about StackBob.ai is that the product solves a problem that cybersecurity leaders have been facing for years: expensive and complex access control systems offer limited integrations and require significant effort to install and maintain special connectors,” shared Nick Hunt.

The new CEO will focus on scaling the product among large companies, developing a partner ecosystem, and preparing for the next investment round, which will take place in spring 2026. The company plans to raise $3 million.

The startup is currently in talks with a number of international and American funds, but investors are not being disclosed until the round is officially closed. Among the previous investors are two American ones — Techstars and Google.

In October 2025, the startup  took third place in the general category at the Startup Competition and raised $5,000 from the prize fund.
