Your contribution is crucial for the sector. Inputs from stakeholders will help identify future capacity building and technical assistance needs, mobilize research and foster innovation in the Blue Economy.
You can check the proposals received so far on the UfM Mediterranean Blue Economy Stakeholder Platform. The inputs will be uploaded anonymously, twice a week, and then published on the website.
The consultation topics are: governance and future of the Blue Economy in the Mediterranean region (possible scenarios, opportunities and tools); sustainable food from the sea (sustainable fisheries and aquaculture); sustainable maritime transport and ports; sustainable tourism; marine renewable energies; adaptation to climate change; blue skills (re-skilling and upskilling), careers and employment; marine litter; maritime security and surveillance.
Share your ideas and give your contribution in view of the upcoming UfM Ministerial Meeting on Blue Economy (2nd of July 2020, Malta).
