London’s Querio launches with €4.48 million to help companies tackle conflicting answers across AI tools

Querio, a London-based analytics platform for data teams and their AI agents, has launched today with €4.48 million ($5 million) in total funding.

Its investors include BMW i Ventures, which led the company’s Seed financing, alongside LAUNCH, the fund run by Jason Calacanis, Haatch Ventures, Araya, Forum Ventures, and Secways.

“Companies want to use AI with their data, but they need to trust the answer. Querio lets data teams hand more of the work to AI agents while a person stays in charge of every change that reaches the business,” said Javier Bonilla, co-founder and CTO at Querio.

Founded in 2024 by Rami Abi Habib (CEO) and Bonilla (CTO), Querio is an AI analytics platform that helps data teams give the whole company consistent answers in the AI tools it already uses. It keeps a company’s reports, definitions, and analysis in the data team’s GitHub and claims to give business users consistent answers in Claude, ChatGPT, and Slack, with the data team reviewing every change.

According to the company, it was launched to address the growing challenge of keeping answers consistent across tools as employees turn to AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT for business questions.

It says that when each tool uses a different version of the company’s numbers, people get conflicting answers, and data teams spend their time reconciling them instead of doing new work.

Querio claims to give data teams one place to define what the company’s numbers mean, and keeps that work in the team’s own GitHub rather than locked inside a vendor’s product.

“For thirty years, analytics tools have kept a company’s logic inside the vendor’s product, where it’s hard to move and hard for AI to work with. Now everyone is asking data questions in Claude, Slack and wherever else they work, and they get three different revenue numbers. We built Querio so the data team owns that logic, and every AI tool in the company answers from it,” said Abi Habib, co-founder and CEO of Querio.

The UK startup highlighted that business users can ask questions in Claude, ChatGPT or Slack and get the same answer each time. It further notes that when the business changes, Querio’s AI agent updates the affected reports and definitions, and the data team approves each change before anyone sees it.

“Say sales renames a field in the CRM. The revenue dashboard breaks, the Slack bot says no deals closed last week and Claude gives a third number. With Querio, the agent spots the change, fixes everything that depends on it and sends the data team one update to approve. After that, every tool gives the same answer,” Abi Habib added.

Querio is SOC 2 Type II certified and HIPAA- and GDPR-compliant. It also said it does not train on customer data and maintains no-training and no-storage agreements with its AI model providers. It works with companies including OpenVPN and agree.com.
