Czech Hedepy acquires Polish HearMe to expand corporate mental health services across Europe

Hedepy, a Czech company witch offering comprehensive mental health services for both individuals and businesses, has acquired HearMe, a Polish platform focused on workplace mental health support. Hedepy plans to leverage its strong position to consolidate the European market and integrate additional brands. Hedepy shared the news with AIN.

About HearMe

  • HearMe is a Polish mental health and well-being company founded in 2020. Through its online platform, it provides employees with psychological support via video or chat sessions, organizes webinars, offers educational content, and designs tailored well-being programs for companies.

  • HearMe primarily targets HR departments and employers, helping them build healthier and more resilient workplaces.

“We’ve been active in Poland for three years, helping thousands of people, and we now see strong demand from companies in particular. Acquiring HearMe is a strategic step for us. It allows us to specialize further in corporate care, while also offering HearMe’s clients access to our services abroad. These synergies make perfect sense to us. Equally important is that we align on a human level and share the same vision of what modern mental health care should look like, not only in companies,” says Lukáš Krčil, CEO and co-founder of Hedepy.

Acquisition details

After merging, HearMe and Hedepy will operate under the Hedepy brand, expanding services for companies, including employee therapy, mood tracking, webinars, and educational content.

  • Hedepy is an online psychotherapy platform founded in 2020, offering individual, couples, teen therapy, and online psychiatric care. Operating in nine European countries with nearly 1,000 therapists, it matches clients with suitable professionals via a short test.

  • Initially focused on individuals, Hedepy now also provides corporate mental health services, partnering with over 100 companies and health insurers to expand access to therapy.

The deal adds 80+ corporate clients and a team of 120+ specialists. HearMe founders Adam Radzki and Katarzyna Gryzło join Hedepy’s leadership, focusing on sales in Poland and B2B marketing for the group.
