
Headway Inc raises investment from Bullhound Capital: according to the company, this is the largest first round among Ukrainian IT players since 2022
Ukrainian EdTech company Headway Inc has announced the closing of its first external investment round of Series A. This was reported by the company’s representatives to AIN.
The investor is Bullhound Capital, a global investment company that manages over €1 billion in assets and is known for supporting Spotify, Slack, Klarna, and Unity.
According to the company, this is the largest first institutional round among technology companies with Ukrainian roots since the beginning of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine. It is also the largest investment by Bullhound Capital’s VI fund.
The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed, as the investment is part of a broader phased capital raising strategy.
The funds raised will be used to strengthen the development of new products in the field of personalized learning using artificial intelligence and expand Headway Inc’s presence in global markets.
