Finnish cleantech Filtrabit raises €2M to expand industrial dust separation technology internationally

Filtrabit, Finnish cleantech company, has raised €2 million in funding from Ajanta Innovations 2 Ky for the coming financing round to expand its technology into international markets.

  • Filtrabit is a Finnish greentech company founded in 2011 that develops industrial dust separation systems based on flow dynamics.

  • Its technology removes microparticles from industrial gas streams, helping manufacturers reduce emissions, improve air quality, and reuse recovered materials as part of the transition to cleaner, lower-carbon industrial processes.

The round was backed by Ajanta Innovations 2 Ky, which invests in scalable, sustainable, and low-carbon technologies to drive the green transition.

The investment will be used to support Filtrabit’s expansion into new markets outside Finland. The upcoming financing round, together with previous funding, will mainly finance international growth in the Nordics, Central Europe, and India.
