The Directorate General for Research & Innovation (DG RTD) is co-organising with the Region of Western Greece (RWG) a specific workshop on Nanotechnologies and Advanced Materials Pilot Projects.
This event will bring together stakeholders from academia, technology centres and industry working in the fields of nanotechnology and advanced materials, with special focus on pilot projects.
Previous workshops concluded that there is the need to engage industry, SMEs, public and private investors in dialogue with the consortia that have completed or are running projects on pilot lines.
The purpose is to develop a favorable ecosystem for materials upscaling. This in turn will support regional growth through fast deployment of new technologies.
