Empat Launches a Free Educational Program to Help Students Grow in IT

To get a job, you need experience — but to gain experience, you need a job. It’s a challenge that novice professionals face year after year.

In the IT sector, this issue is being tackled by Empat, a company recognized for launching startups and completing over 300 successful projects. The team has announced recruitment for a free, three-month online initiative — the Full Stack & Flutter Program. Through this program, participants will not only become versatile specialists ready for the full development cycle but will also create their own mobile applications, potentially competing for job offers.

Here’s who should apply for the Full Stack & Flutter Program and what the curriculum includes.

Who the Full Stack & Flutter Program Is For

The program is designed for IT students who aim to master the full cycle of web and mobile development. Empat invites applications from candidates who meet the following criteria:

• Are currently in the second year or higher of an IT-related program.
• Possess basic knowledge of programming, algorithms, and OOP.
• They are motivated to grow their careers in the tech industry.

Participation in the program is entirely free of charge. Final participants will be selected based on their submitted application forms.

What to Expect

The training covers two core tracks:

1. Full Stack

Frontend fundamentals:

• Design basics and design as problem-solving
• Visual fundamentals: colours, fonts, icons
• UI design: landing pages and responsive versions
• Creating website layouts with HTML and CSS
• Responsive techniques: @media, flexbox, frameworks
• CSS preprocessors: LESS, SCSS

Backend fundamentals:

• Introduction to backend development
• HTTP request handling
• Local development environment (Laravel)
• Routing
• MVC fundamentals
• Templates and views
• Database fundamentals
• ORM: models and relations

2. Flutter

Within this track, you will work with animations, declarative UI, UI layouts, routing, and other key components required to build a mobile application.

The program includes video lectures, practical assignments, weekly mentorship sessions, project reviews, and personalized feedback.
