
Cast AI becomes Lithuania’s 5th unicorn with $1B valuation and launch of OMNI Compute
Cast AI, a leading Kubernetes automation platform, announced a strategic investment from Pacific Alliance Ventures (PAV), the US-based corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group. With this round of funding, Cast AI’s valuation exceeds $1 billion, marking the company as Lithuania’s 5th unicorn.
Cast AI also expands its platform with the introduction of OMNI Compute, a unified control plane that connects and manages compute resources across multiple cloud providers and regions. The solution enables organizations to run workloads, including AI inference, on the most suitable resources without vendor lock-in or reconfiguration, optimizing performance, cost, and compliance.

The round was backed by Pacific Alliance Ventures (PAV), the US-based corporate venture arm of Shinsegae Group, an over $50 billion Korean conglomerate with leading businesses across retail, consumer, and digital platforms.

Cast AI will use the new funding to scale its Application Performance Automation platform globally and expand the rollout of OMNI Compute. The investment will also support further international expansion, helping the company strengthen its presence across key regions, including Asia, and enhance infrastructure automation capabilities for enterprise customers.
