Venture fund SMRK has invested $500,000 in Ukrainian AI startup MyChatBot

Ukrainian startup MyChatBot has raised $500,000 in a seed round from venture fund SMRK, founded by Alexander Kosovan.

This is the fund’s 24th deal, SMRK managing partner Andriy Dovzhenko told AIN. In total, the venture fund has invested $21 million since its inception.

About MyChatBot

  • MyChatBot is working on CommerceOS, an omnichannel platform with AI agents that automates sales and customer interactions across various communication channels. The company’s clients include retailers and e-commerce companies.

  • According to the startup’s founder, Denis Kuprash, there are already more than 1,000 businesses on the platform, most of which are online stores.

  • In a comment to Forbes, Andriy Dovzhenko explained that the fund became interested in the project because of its growth rate in the market.
