Ukrainian investment syndicate Toloka.vc has invested in ALICE Technologies, a Silicon Valley startup. This is the company’s eighth deal in 2025.

The company announced this to AIN.

ALICE Technologies is creating a generative platform for planning construction projects using artificial intelligence.

This AI platform allows construction companies to simulate thousands of scenarios for implementing infrastructure and industrial projects, optimizing costs, time, and resources.

According to the company, using this tech saves about $12.1 million on average for every $100 million project and cuts construction time by 128 days on average.

ALICE technology allows you to quickly evaluate millions of construction scenarios in minutes, taking into account thousands of variables — from logistics to human resources.

The platform is compatible with industry project management systems, including Oracle Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project.

The company already holds four patents, two of which have been issued, and two are pending.

As of September 2025, the syndicate had invested $20.2 million in this investment.

“We crossed the $2 million and $3 million marks. For us, raising $2 million is okay, $1.5 million is pretty much the standard. This shows that people trust us, and perhaps we underestimated the amount of money that people in Ukraine have,” Oleksandr Kolb said in a comment to AIN.

In addition, the number of syndicate participants increased over the year. As of September 12, 2025, there were 1,570 investors.

In May 2025, Toloka.vc invested $1 million in Israeli company Bright Security, the developer of the STAR AI platform, which protects against vulnerabilities in corporate applications.
