1000 units of on-board kits per month by the end of 2025 – Teletactica raises $1.5M in strategic investment to scale

Ukrainian DefenseTech company Teletactica, which specializes in the development of electronic warfare (EW)-resistant communication systems, has announced that it has raised $1.5 million in investment. This was announced in a press release.

The round was led by MITS Capital, an investment group with offices in Kyiv and New York. It was also joined by Green Flag Ventures, a venture capital firm from the United States and Ukraine.

About Teletactica

• The company develops modular, energy-efficient communications equipment that maintains stable communications even in intense jamming and without GPS.

• The main products include video modems, telemetry modems, and ruggedized antennas. Teletactica solutions are already in use in Ukrainian units and are being adapted to NATO standards.

• Teletactica is also an active participant in Brave1, a government program to develop the defense technology ecosystem.

According to Justin Zeefe, general partner at Green Flag Ventures, Teletactica’s core team has deep expertise that can transform the problems on the frontline into practical technological solutions.

According to the company’s founder, the funds will primarily be used to scale proven solutions for the anti-shahed program.

The next priority is to support and develop products for budgetary intelligence officers working at the tactical and operational-tactical levels. At the same time, the company continues to invest in R&D and expand its team. To enter the European and other markets, resources are allocated for certification, intellectual property registration, and testing, which also opens access to international grant programs.
