Finnish leadership platform Teamspective secures strategic funding from Gorilla Capital

Teamspective, a Finnish Leadership Enablement Platform that uses unique data and AI to drive leadership actions that systematically improve organizational performance and health, has secured strategic funding from Gorilla Capital Fund III.

• Gorilla Capital, one of the Nordics’ most active early-stage investors, invests €50,000 to €1 million per startup, typically as the first institutional funding. The firm usually co-invest with business angels and offers guidance, mentoring, and a learning environment post-investment.

• Previously, Gorilla Capital invested in Mjuk, Planmark, Serviceform, Orijin, Lola Panda, Fundrella, Clevenio, UpUp, and many other startups on the market.

Teamspective will use the funding to accelerate growth, expand its platform, and enable great leadership in more organizations worldwide.
