About Talentiqa
-
Talentiqa is a Prague-based recruitment tech startup, founded in 2021 by Marek Dian and Miro Šmelko, that provides an AI-powered platform to automate initial candidate screening.

Its system conducts interviews, parses CVs, and verifies key information, helping employers speed up hiring processes while maintaining a centralized talent pool. The platform is used across industries with high recruitment volumes, including retail, logistics, food services, banking, telecommunications, and energy.
“We founded Talentiqa to speed up the initial interview and increase its success rate. Thanks to AI, we can now automate the most difficult part at scale – the first contact, verifying interest, and quickly connecting the right people with the right companies,” says Marek Dian, co-founder and CEO of Talentiqa.
