$500,000 for the development of drone swarms: Ukrainian company Swarmer raises investment from the new Oppenheimer Fund syndicate

Ukrainian technology company Swarmer, known for its AI technology developments for drone swarms, has successfully attracted $500,000 in investment, DOU reports.

The funding came from Oppenheimer Syndicate, a newly formed investment syndicate of the Oppenheimer Acceleration Fund, part of the international Network VC Group.

  • The investment in Swarmer was the first deal for Oppenheimer Syndicate. The fund’s founders note that the collaboration with the Ukrainian company aims to stimulate and attract more Ukrainian and international investors to finance defense startups.

  • Swarmer previously raised a record $15 million for Ukraine in the field of defense technologies after the start of the full-scale invasion.
