
Ukrainian company Swarmer raised $15M in Series A funding. The round was led by Broadband Capital Investments
Swarmer, a Ukrainian company specializing in autonomous and coordinated drones, has announced that it has successfully raised $15 million in a Series A round.
This is the largest investment in a domestic defense technology company since the beginning of the war.

The round was led by US-based Broadband Capital Investments and joined by R-G.AI, D3 Ventures, Green Flag Ventures, Radius Capital, and Network VC.

The funds will allow for scalable operations and advanced coordination capabilities for any unmanned vehicles in Ukraine and NATO countries.

“Swarmer’s speed of innovation is driven by real-world combat experience, which allows them to improve AI systems faster than traditional defense companies,” said Michael Rapp of Broadband Capital Investments.
The company has already demonstrated the operation of a group of 25 drones in non-GNSS environments and plans to show joint operations of more than 100 drones of various types in the near future. In 2024, the company closed a seed round for $2.7 million.
