The impact evaluation activities are expected to assess the effects of the Programme results on the territory, identifying and analysing the mechanism that produced these effects.

For information, the Terms of reference of the call are available in English and French languages. The other documents and the tender notice are available only in French language, as language of the public procurement.
Please note that, with the exception of the technical note, which must be written in English and French, the other documents constituting the offer must be written exclusively in French.
All the questions on the procedure should be addressed electronically in French language using the public tenders’ platform where the tender is announced.
