Finnish platform ONEiO raises €8M to accelerate IntegrationOps and expand into UK and DACH regions

ONEiO, a Helsinki-based automation-first platform redefining enterprise IT integrations, has raised €8 million in a growth round. The round was led by Bocap, with renewed participation from existing investor Fairpoint Capital, Tech.eu reports.

About ONEiO

  • ONEiO is a Managed Integration Service Provider offering IntegrationOps, a cloud-native, automation-led model for enterprise IT. The platform replaces traditional integration methods with a fully managed service, enabling faster, scalable, and cost-effective integrations.

  • According to the company, ONEiO simplifies complex IT environments, helping organizations automate integrations and improve efficiency, security, and compliance, while delivering faster time-to-value.

“For decades, integrations have been built as one-off projects: expensive, brittle, and impossible to scale. With IntegrationOps, we’ve turned integration into an ongoing capability that’s live in weeks, evolves automatically, and runs without manual work. In the AI era, this isn’t optional, it’s the only way to keep up,” says Juha Berghäll, CEO and co-founder of ONEiO.

Investment details

  • The round was led by Bocap, a Finnish private equity firm investing in high-growth, entrepreneur-led SMEs. It manages three funds, investing €2M to €10M in companies with revenues of €4M to €50M, offering both financial support and strategic development.

  • Existing investor Fairpoint Capital also participated at the round. Fairpoint Capital is a B2B technology investment fund, spun off from SEB Venture Capital. The fund primarily invests in early-growth stage companies, making minority investments in sectors like AI, IoT, Cloud, and Robotics.

The new funding will advance IntegrationOps as a Service, while supporting key hires and expansion across the UK and DACH.
