Karolina Mitraszewska becomes the new Head of the Board of PFR Ventures. Rozalia Urbanek joins Board

Karolina Mitraszewska, an experienced manager previously associated with Nest Bank, Santander Bank Polska and Ernst & Young, has been appointed to the position of Head of the Board of PFR Ventures. At the same time, Rozalia Urbanek, the company’s former Investment Director, joins the board and assumes the position of Investment Board Member. Macieja Ćwikiewicza resigns from the position of CEO. PFR Ventures shared the news with AIN.

The new board of PFR Ventures will consist of three people:

  • Karolina Mitraszewska, the new PFR Ventures’ Head of the Board, moves to the PFR Group from Nest Bank. There, she served as Vice President (2022-2024) and Board Member (2020-2022).

  • Rozalia Urbanek, a new Board Member, has been an Investment Director at PFR Ventures since 2018. She has been working in the investment market for 13 years. 

  • Alexander Mokrzycki, remains Vice President of PFR Ventures, has been with the company since 2017. He has more than 25 years of experience in the financial and asset management sector.

The new Head of the Board, as decided by the Board, will start work on June 3. Rozalia Urbanek, who until now has been the company’s Investment Director, also joins the board as of June 3.
