Romanian startup MeetGeek raises €1.6m to scale AI workspace

MeetGeek, a Romanian meeting productivity platform that enables companies to accelerate growth by unlocking new levels of efficiency through meeting automation, secures a €1.6 million funding. The round led by Early Game Ventures and Inspire Capital to scale its AI meeting assistant into a category-defining AI workspace, the Recursive reports.

• MeetGeek is a Romanian meeting productivity platform, founded in 2020, that helps companies save time and boost efficiency through AI-powered meeting automation. 

• Its tools include an AI Meeting Assistant for transcripts and summaries, workflow automation via integrations, and meeting insights to track productivity and improve team habits. 

• The platform’s mission is to turn meetings into actionable, results-driven conversations and reduce time lost in unproductive discussions.

Investment details

• The round was led by Early Game Ventures, an early-stage VC that backs top tech startups in Central and Eastern Europe, particularly in Romania. 

• The fund invests in both B2B and B2C companies, with an emphasis on Enterprise Software, Cybersecurity, Dev Tools, and EdTech, supporting founders tackling large market opportunities.

• Romanian venture capital fund Inspire Capital also participated in the round. The firm focused on early-stage tech startups across Romania and Central & Eastern Europe.
