Polish startup Juo raises €4M to expand subscription platform with AI and developer tools

Juo, a Warsaw-based startup building technology for creating and scaling subscriptions based on physical products, has raised €4 million in seed funding. The round was led by Market One Capital and PEAK, with participation from SMOK, BADideas, FJ Labs and Lakestar.

  • Juo is a subscription infrastructure platform, founded by Leszek Zawadzki, Alina Prelicz, and Paweł Tatarczuk, that helps brands design, launch, and manage complex subscription models for physical products.

  • According to the company, with over 500,000 active subscriptions across Europe and North America, Juo powers subscription experiences for hundreds of companies.

The round was led by Market One Capital and PEAK, with participation from SMOK, BADideas, FJ Labs and Lakestar. 

  • Market One Capital is a European venture fund focused on early-stage (pre-seed and seed) investments in digital platforms, marketplaces, and infrastructure technologies. The fund is active in Central and Eastern Europe, supporting companies building network-effect and scalable business platforms.

  • PEAK is an early-stage venture capital firm with offices in Amsterdam, Berlin, and Stockholm, investing Europe-wide in pre-Series A marketplace, platform, and SaaS companies.

Juo will use the new funding to expand its platform for developers, administrators, and AI integration, enhancing support for custom implementations and e-commerce platforms.
