2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the Jean Monnet Activities. Named after Jean Monnet (1888 – 1979) – one of the founding fathers of the European Union – the Jean Monnet Action is part of the Erasmus+ programme and has been promoting excellence in the field of European Union studies and research since 1989. Jean Monnet projects involve around 300,000 students and many professors from universities around the world each year.
