
Ukrainian fund InSoft.Partners exits Indeema and Forbytes, increasing its stake in Inoxoft
Ukrainian investment holding company InSoft.Partners has announced its exit from Indeema and Forbytes, in which it held minority stakes. The company has also increased its stake in Inoxoft. The holding company’s founder and managing partner, Vitalii Gorovyi, shared the news with AIN.
The amount of the deals has not been disclosed. AIN also learned that InSoft.Partners is in the final stages of investing in several real estate properties across various markets.
Gorovyi also noted that InSoft.Partners’ strategy involves working with a smaller number of companies in operational partnerships and gradually transitioning to passive investments.
Indeema CEO Volodymyr Shevchyk said that, following the changes, the company will focus on research and development (R&D), cognitive Internet of Things (IoT), and expanding its global presence. The merger with Vakoms and the acquisition of Perfsol will enable Indeema to grow in the Embedded and AI areas.
According to the company’s CCO, Orest Chaikivskyi, Forbytes plans to develop key services in the areas of data, AI, and custom software development.

InSoft.Partners is an investment holding company founded in 2017 by Ukrainian entrepreneur Vitalii Gorovyi. During its operations, the holding company has made 16 investments and two mergers involving three companies each.
