Indeema Software and Vakoms have announced their merger. What is known about the newly formed company?

Two companies from the InSoft.Partners portfolio — Indeema Software and Vakoms — have announced their merger. The newly formed company will retain the name Indeema Software.

The companies announced this in a comment to AIN.

  • Volodymyr Shevchyk has become the CEO of the merged company, and former Vakoms CEO Pavlo Pelekh will head the Board of Directors.

  • The new structure’s main specialization is IoT and embedded systems. The company’s offices are located in Lviv and Wrocław, and it also has representative offices in Canada and the US.

  • This is the second merger in the history of InSoft.Partners: the first took place in 2019, when Lenal, the service division of Rozdoum, and Rademade merged to form ITernal, which was acquired by UST Global in 2022.

Indeema Software has been operating since 2014 and has about 80 employees in Ukraine, Poland, and Canada. The company has its own IoT laboratory and cooperates with scientific institutions, as well as being a technology partner to several international manufacturers.

Vakoms has been operating on the market for over 15 years and has more than 100 employees in three countries. Its main specialization is embedded systems.
