Friendsurance secures funding from Round2 Capital to expand sales and partnerships with European banks and insurers

Friendsurance, a German provider of a digital bancassurance software platform and accompanying services, has secured funding from Round2 Capital to boost its further sales expansion and expand its partnerships with European banks and insurers.

Investment details

Round2 Capital has invested revenue-based financing in a €7-figure range in Friendsurance.

• Round2 Capital, a Vienna-based pan-European growth investment firm, which manages €180 million and has investments in the DACH and Nordics regions, as well as in the UK, and EU. 

• The firm has invested in digital and sustainable business models and is active in several European countries. Their portfolio includes companies such as Zen Educate and EvoluteIQ.

The funding will support Friendsurance’s further sales expansion via the acquisition of new bank and insurance partners.
