The IT group FRACTAL (formerly Netpeak Group) has announced the acquisition of fintech company fint8, which specializes in providing financial director consulting services to small and medium-sized businesses.

The company reported this to AIN.

Deal details

  • fint8 operates on an “outsourced CFO” model, providing services in the areas of diagnostics, financial department transformation, as well as controlling, planning, and analysis.

  • Over the past five years, the company has implemented more than 90 projects for clients from more than 10 countries, including Buki, Archimatika, Shelest, and Laba. In 2024, the consolidated turnover of the fint8 group reached UAH 20 million.

  • The financial terms of the deal are not disclosed, but it is known that the valuation was based on a multiplier. After the acquisition, fint8 will operate as a separate business unit within the Core consulting company, which is part of the FRACTAL ecosystem.

Core already provides internal and external services in the areas of HR, recruiting, R&D, as well as legal, financial, and accounting support.

Operational management of fint8 remains with co-owner and CEO Andriy Tertyshnyk, who will work in partnership with Nadya Vildiaieva, CEO of Core. Previously, Fractal invested $1 million in fintech startup Finerd, which is developing an AI platform for financial management.
