Finnish ŌURA raises valuation to $11 billion in new funding round
Finnish company Oura Health is raising $875 million in a Series E round, bringing its valuation to nearly $11 billion.
This was reported by Bloomberg.
- Oura Health Oy, developer of popular health and sleep monitoring rings, is close to closing a new $875 million funding round.
- This nearly doubles the company’s $5 billion valuation during the previous Series D round in November 2024. As a result, Oura’s market capitalization will reach approximately $10.9 billion.
- The funds are planned to be used to scale up production, further invest in development, and expand internationally.
In addition, the company has agreed on a $250 million credit line with a consortium of banks, including Bank of America, Wells Fargo, JPMorgan, Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Barclays. Ukrainian investors did not participate in this particular round. Roosh Ventures is on the list of the company’s previous investors.
Oura CEO Tom Hale said the company continues to grow rapidly and expects to double its revenue in 2025 to over $1 billion. As of September 2025, Oura has sold 5.5 million rings, 3 million of which were sold in the last year alone.
