Ukrainian defense tech Falcons raises investment from US fund Green Flag Ventures
Ukrainian defense startup Falcons has secured funding from US venture capital fund Green Flag Ventures, according to AIN’s sources.
The company plans to use the funds to obtain NATO certification, expand production, and prepare for the export of its systems.
-
Founded in 2022, Falcons specializes in technologies that operate without GPS. Its key product, the ETAR direction-finding system, helps detect enemy drones, communications equipment, and electronic warfare systems.
-
According to the company, the technology has already proven its effectiveness in combat conditions, in particular in the destruction of a Russian system worth about $90 million.
-
The investment will enable Falcons to scale up ETER production, attract new engineers and military experts, and prepare to enter NATO markets.

Previously, Falcons received support from the Brave1 cluster and angel investors, as well as winning awards at international innovation competitions.
Green Flag Ventures also invested in Teletactica in July, which specializes in the development of communication systems resistant to electronic warfare (EW).
