On behalf of all European Union’s cities and regions we strongly condemn the Russian military aggression of Ukraine. Mayors of Ukraine are our partners. Free people of Europe and their local communities reject the war and express their solidarity with the Ukrainian cities bombarded by the Russian aggressor.
