Commissioner meets young French people benefitting from innovative education – thanks to the ESF

Nicolas Schmit, European Commissioner for Jobs and Social Rights, was in Marseille (France) where he met students from two “Second Chance” schools using European Social Fund money to drive innovation in education. The “Second Chance” schools have laid the foundations for a national model for alternative education.
