Finnish company CHAOS raises €2M to expand its AI-driven real estate intelligence platform across the Nordics and DACH

CHAOS, a Helsinki-based data-intelligence company focused on reinventing the global real estate industry, has raised €2 million in a new funding round, backed by Nidoco and Finnvera, tech.eu reports

About CHAOS 

  • CHAOS is a real estate intelligence platform founded in 2017 that uses AI and location data to provide actionable insights for developers, investors, planners, and retailers. 

  • The platform aggregates complex datasets on neighborhood growth, population movements, business performance, and local services, helping users make smarter, human-centric investment and development decisions. 

  • Available across several European countries, including Finland, Sweden, Denmark, Norway, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, CHAOS offers intuitive analytics, forecasting tools, and AI-driven recommendations throughout the property lifecycle.

Investment details

The funding round was backed by Swedish investment company Nidoco and Finnvera, a state-owned Finnish financing institution.

The new funding will be used to expand CHAOS’s presence across the Nordics and the DACH region, as well as to advance the development of its AI-driven analytics and decision-making tools for real estate investors, developers, and retailers.
