The Terms of Reference for the call are available in English and French, however, please note that the language of the procedure is French. The technical proposals can be written in French or English, but the tender documents must be completed in French. The tender announcement and procedures are only available in French and can be downloaded via the link below.
All questions related to the procedure must be handled electronically in French on the public tender platform where the tender is launched.
