BPM Capital finances management buy-in of Medical Mazella to drive packaging sector expansion

Estonian investment firm BPM Mezzanine Fund II has financed a management buy-in (MBI) transaction in the rigid polymer packaging sector, supporting the acquisition of Medical Mazella Sp. z o.o.. The company is a Polish manufacturer of specialized packaging solutions.
