Isabel had been EU Funds Manager in Malta since 2018 and the national contact point and representative of Malta on several committees of the Interreg MED Programme, since January 2019. She will always be remembered for her natural sympathy and for always having a positive and generous attitude, giving her utmost active contribution to cooperation and to the Interreg MED Programme in particular.
The Joint Secretariat, the Monitoring Committee, the Managing Authority all join in to mourn Isabel and express their deepest sympathies to her family, friends and the Malta delegation.
